FinTrackGo is a personal finance management application that allows you to:

  • Connect bank accounts via Plaid
  • Track transactions and account balances
  • Monitor net worth
  • Set and track financial goals
  • Generate financial reports

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Plaid Integration

When you connect bank accounts through Plaid:

  • You authorize Plaid to access your financial information
  • Plaid's terms and privacy policy apply to their services
  • We receive read-only access to account and transaction data
  • We cannot initiate transactions or transfers on your behalf

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Enable multi-factor authentication when available

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy:

  • Financial data is provided "as-is" from your financial institutions
  • We are not responsible for errors in data from Plaid or banks
  • You should verify important financial information independently
  • Calculations and projections are estimates, not guarantees

FinTrackGo does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.

The Service is for informational and organizational purposes only. Consult qualified professionals for financial decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by FinTrackGo and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access to the Service:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For illegal or unauthorized use
  • At our discretion with reasonable notice

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
